DIRECTIONS: Gently rub magnesium oil on clean skin, it can be applied to most areas of the body. Apply magnesium oil after a shower or bath when your skin is warm and your pores are more open.
For a good night's sleep, apply magnesium oil to your feet and calves.
For tension headaches or migraines, massage it on the back of your neck, temples and jaw.
Wash hands after applying, wait 5-10 minutes to allow magnesium oil to fully absorb.
You should feel a slight tingling or itching sensation when first applied, this is a normal reaction from the magnesium oil. It's an indication that your body has low levels of magnesium. The sensation will go away as your body gets used to the magnesium.
